Terms of Use

Last updated

Short version: free models are limited by number of calls and drawing by a number of pictures a day, and neither is charged. Claude, GPT and other big models, and picture models that show a price, are paid for from a balance in US dollars that you top up. Do not resell keys, do not get around the limits, and understand that this is a beta that can change or stop.

What you get

An account, and keys that accept OpenAI-shaped chat requests on it; the same account works on the chat page in the browser. Free models are not charged and are limited by number of calls (see Call limits below). Drawing is not charged either, up to the number of pictures per account per day that the site states; the count starts again at 00:00 UTC. Picture models that show a price are the exception: they are charged for each picture and do not count toward that number. Claude, GPT and other big models can be tried free in the chat page, as many times as the site states. Beyond that, Claude, GPT and other big models, the DeepSeek coding line, images attached to a message for a big model, picture models that show a price and, where offered, short videos are paid for from a balance in US dollars (see Topping up and the balance below). Calls on your own provider keys are not charged by this site. The site may change what is free, and how much of it, at any time.

Keys

Signing in on a new device issues a new key; an account can hold up to 10. When all 10 are in use, signing in on another device replaces the least recently used key that was issued at sign-in, and the replaced key stops working. Keys created in the console are never replaced this way; if all 10 were created there, no new key is issued until one is deleted. Each key can be given a name, a spending cap and an expiry date. A key that has reached its cap or expiry stops working while the balance stays untouched. A key given a cap or an expiry can only call models; managing keys, exporting data, deleting shares and changing preferences require a sign-in. A key you believe has leaked can be deleted from the console without affecting the balance.

Call limits

Calls to free models are limited by number so that the free service stays available to everyone: within every 5-hour window there is a limit on calls for the whole service, for each account and for each network address, as the site states; for 35 days after a payment, an account has higher account and network limits. Longer messages count as several calls: length is counted over everything the request sends, the earlier conversation and file text included; each Chinese character counts 1, every 4 other characters count 1, and each 50,000 counted, or part of it, is one call; a message that needs more calls than are left is refused, unless the account holds enough bonus calls earned from surveys (see Surveys below). Claude, GPT and other big models and the coding line are charged to the balance and do not count toward these limits; models reached through your own provider keys have a separate call limit. Each account also has a limit on calls per minute, which applies to every model. All keys on an account share that account’s limits. A call over a limit is refused, and the refusal states how long to wait before trying again.

What is not allowed

  • Sharing or selling keys. The balance cannot be transferred. A key seen in use from several places at once may be disabled.
  • Getting around limits.Scripting or automating sign-ups or surveys, claiming survey rewards that were not earned, or otherwise interfering with how free calls, free pictures, free tries or rewards are counted. This is the one thing that would end the free service for everyone, so it is enforced.
  • Multiplying accounts.Opening extra accounts to get around call limits, the daily picture limit or the free tries. New accounts per network are capped at 3 a day. An email address with a plus tag before the @ (such as name+tag) signs in to the same account as the address without it, and for gmail.com and googlemail.com addresses dots before the @ are ignored.
  • Illegal or forbidden use, including anything the model provider’s own policies forbid; their rules apply to whatever you send through.
  • Adult content.Generating, uploading or publishing adult content (pornographic or sexually suggestive material), including content made with AI, is not allowed on this site. Such content is removed, and the account responsible may be suspended.
  • Breaking the Content Policy.Prompts, uploads, messages and anything generated or published here must follow the Content Policy, which lists the content not allowed on this site, how content is checked and how to report it.

The operator may suspend an account that breaks these terms. A suspended account is deleted together with its balance and data, and the same email address, Google, GitHub, Discord, Microsoft, Hugging Face, Reddit or Telegram account cannot be used to sign up again.

Shared conversations

Sharing copies the selected messages to our server under a random link that anyone can open. You are responsible for what you share. A share expires after 90 days and can be deleted from the console at any time. The operator may remove a share that breaks these terms or the law.

Works

The Works section shows web projects built with AI tools. Browsing needs no account; uploading needs a signed-in account.

  • What you may upload.Only work you made yourself or have the right to publish. It must open at an https:// address anyone can visit, and it must be playable without an account.
  • What you may not upload.Work that infringes anyone’s rights, and anything illegal, harmful to others, sexual, inciting hatred, false or misleading, malware or phishing, whether in the upload itself or at the address it leads to.
  • Limits. Each account may upload up to 3 works a day, counted in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC); a recording may be up to 60 seconds and 50 MB.
  • Review and takedown.Every upload is reviewed by the operator and is shown only once approved. The operator may at any time decline a work, take it down, feature it, or have it open in a new tab instead of playing here; a declined or removed work shows the reason in My works. A rejected work’s recording and cover are deleted.
  • Your rights. You, or the original rights holder, keep every right in what you upload. By uploading, you let the site store, show and share the work’s recording, cover and text on the site for as long as the work stays on it.
  • Deleting. You can delete your own works at any time from My works; their recordings and covers are deleted with them.
  • Complaints. If you believe a work infringes your rights, write to [email protected] with the link to the work and the reason. The operator reviews each complaint and removes infringing work.
  • Other websites. The works are other people’s websites, which we do not control, including while they play inside onomeo. We are not responsible for their content, security or availability, or for how they handle your information.

Surveys

The Surveys block on the My account page opens a survey wall run by a market-research partner. Surveys are provided by CPX Research, operated by Make Opinion GmbH, Berlin, Germany, and are subject to that partner’s own terms; what you fill in there is handled by the partner under its own privacy policy, and the only thing we send the partner is your account id (see the privacy policy). We do not choose which surveys you are offered, and whether a survey counts as completed is decided by the partner’s confirmation.

  • What a survey earns.Bonus calls for free models, not balance. They are added when the partner confirms completion, and their number is worked out from the amount the partner pays for that survey: currently 50 bonus calls per US dollar, rounded to the nearest whole call, at least 1 and at most 200 for one survey. A survey that ends early because you do not fit its audience earns less. An account can hold at most 500 bonus calls; anything above that is not added.
  • How bonus calls are used.Only when the account’s free-model calls for the current window are used up (see Call limits above): a message that would otherwise be refused is then sent, and as many bonus calls are taken as the message counts for. A message that counts for more bonus calls than the account holds is refused, and none are taken. Bonus calls are not used while an account has the higher limits that follow a payment, for calls on your own provider keys, or for Claude, GPT and other big models.
  • Reversals. If the partner later reverses a survey, the bonus calls it earned are taken back; the number held does not go below zero.

Advertising

Google’s advertising script is loaded on our pages; any advertising shown is subject to Google’s terms. What third parties store in your browser is covered in the privacy policy.

Topping up and the balance

The balance is counted in US dollars and comes only from payments: the amount you pay is added to the balance, one payment at a time, and nothing renews or is charged again on its own. The top-up link opens the checkout page of a third-party payment provider (Ko-fi, Dodo Payments, Whop or Waffo Pancake), which takes the payment under its own terms; we never see or hold your payment details. The smallest payment and the price of each model are stated on the site at the time you pay.

  • Crediting. When you start a top-up while signed in and the checkout page is tied to your account, the amount is added to that account’s balance at once. Otherwise a payment is matched to the account whose sign-in email is the email used for the payment, and the amount is added to that balance at once. If no account has that email, we email that address a claim code, and the amount goes to the account that enters it. Entering more than 10 wrong codes in a day blocks further attempts until the next day.
  • What it pays for.Claude, GPT and other big models, the DeepSeek coding line, images attached to a message for a big model and, where offered, short videos are charged to the balance by usage, worked out from the visible text sent and received and from each model’s price; the page states about what a message will cost before you send it. A picture model that shows a price is charged that price for each picture it returns; a picture that does not come out is not charged. Free models, drawing within the daily number of pictures on models that show no price, and calls on your own provider keys are not charged.
  • No expiry, no transfer. The balance never expires. It exists only inside this service: it cannot be transferred to another account, sold, or withdrawn as cash.
  • Refunds.Payments completed on or after October 11, 2026 are not refunded, and that includes any part not yet used, except where the law says otherwise. Payments completed before that date follow the terms in force when they were made. When a payment is refunded or reversed, we may take the same amount back out of the balance.
  • Changes. The price of a model may change; the new price applies to calls made after the change, and the site states what is current. The balance you already hold stays the same amount in dollars.
  • Big models. Each account may spend only so much on Claude, GPT and other big models a day; the site states the current figure. The site may keep these models for accounts that have topped up, and states whether it does. When the day's site-wide budget for these models is used up they pause until the next day, and nothing is deducted.

No guarantee

The service is a beta. There is no uptime promise and no support commitment. Models may be added or removed. Prices, what is free and how much of it, caps and call limits may change. The service may stop. The balance cannot be withdrawn as cash, and payments are not refunded, as set out above.

Accounts and recovery

Keys live in the browsers they were issued to, but the balance lives on your account. Clearing site data loses the key on that device; signing in again issues a new one against the same balance. The account page lets you see signed-in devices, sign the others out, download your data and delete the account; the same email, Google, GitHub, Discord, Microsoft, Hugging Face, Reddit or Telegram account can register again 30 days after deletion. If you cannot sign in, write to [email protected] from the email address the account is signed in with to have it deleted.

Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top says when they last did.
